We do not offer refunds for any Birthday Parties or events. In the event of a sickness we will do our best to switch the date. .
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date of the party. .

Stephenie was responsive throughout all of the planning and threw the best birthday party for my son and his friends. From the beginning, Stephenie made the process of booking and planning incredibly seamless and easy. She was responsive and thorough, putting together all the details for an absolutely perfect party. As a parent of a now seven year old, being able to show up with a cake and balloons and feel relaxed (!) during the party is such a gift and I am so glad we chose the host the party there. Parents are still texting me about how their kids are raving about the party, and my daughter has been on cloud nine all day!
